We are proud to present our 2012 series sampler quilt, called "America the Beautiful", a patriotic beauty that's fun to make and inspiring to display - It is spectatular!  It was designed by Lynn Lister and featured in McCall's magazine during 2011. We loved it so much that we decided to feature this as the 2012 BOM kit for our customers. This quilt measures 72 1/2" x 92 1/2".

This year's program is a bit different. Each month you will receive  1 - 3 blocks varying in size for a total of 37 blocks. The order of the blocks presented in this series follows the lyrics of the beloved song by Katharine Lee Bates. Blocks will be joined into sections during the final installment. This is a pieced patchwork quilt, with just a touch of applique for the stars.

The cost of each block is $5.15 and you can begin this BOM program any time. And the best news of all is that the finishing kit is INCLUDED! No additional cost for it.

Our 2011  "Spring Sampler"  Block of the Month program is completed and we have the completed quilt top displayed in the shop and it looks so beautiful with all of the spring bright colors. Many of our customers have told us how uplifting it is to see the bright quilt colors as they pass by.  We have a few complete kits still available for this 76" square with 1930's and bright bold fabrics.
