The Fabric Shop is excited to bring you two Block of the Month programs to you this year, one starting in March and one starting in September. We will only have a limited number of kits this year, since the manufacturers run out of these newest fabrics quickly. So sign up early to reserve your block kits. Either call the shop or come in to register and save your spot for this exciting new pattern and fabric collection.

March - On Point Block of the Month started

The newest Block of the Month for 2010 which begins in March is a 9 month program. We are excited to bring the new "On Point" pattern designed by Bits 'n Pieces to you in conjunction with the newest Marcus Brothers Civil War fabric collection. You will have a choice of either a pieced or appliqued 24" center panel. There will be two 12" blocks per kit per month for a cost of $4.00 per kit. Each participant will be required to purchase their background fabric up front for this year's programs so that all fabrics will match. Please come into the shop to take a look at the quilt layouts and choose which center panel you would like.

September - Update for new Block of the Month

September is creeping up on us and we are planning our second block of the month for 2010 starting then. We will be honoring the 100th anniversary of Aunt Grace and her 1930's fabrics. We will be featuring a 1930's soft pastels quilt and pattern as our next block of the month. Stay tuned for more information. Sign up for our e-newsletter to get in early on this program.
